- 1 Learn the secrets of Macedonian cuisine, with this unique experience in our cozy village house. You will have an opportunity to put your hands into the flour and prepare the specialties named burek and komat, by kneading the dough. The class is completely hands-on and begins with the introduction of the ingredients over a glass of coffee or wine. Also, the participants will prepare the main meal which is pepper with a fill of meat. Taste your handmade prepared lunch, while drinking a glass of famous Macedonian wine and spending some beautiful time in nature.
